Gabe offered to take a look, and within 15 minutes I had my lamp fixed and even better than it was before. While we were doing the return and processing the new paint, we shot the breeze and got to know each other. Ill go here first for any home needs I have for the next 20 years. People make a company. And all customers want these days is a sense of community and nice people to talk to. A nice chat and friendly smiles reminded me of why I love living here. “So needed a new front door lock, went to depot first and received 0 help trying to track down the correct lock, when I figured it out I couldn’t get keys and I don’t like the self service machine, now headed to Lowe’s in lake grove, fretted as I walk in this employee asked what I needed then walked me straight to the locks, he made 4 extra keys and tested them onsite… that’s what service is about…”
