“Ricky is the best. He exceeded all expectations. I had gone to him looking for an engagement ring, and described everything that I was looking for. He has a great inventory in store that he was able to show me similar options, confirm everything that I wanted, and offer great advice and recommendations. He is not pushy at all, gave me a clear timeline of how long it would take for drawings and delivery of the custom ring, along with an extremely reasonable price and told me to take as much time as I need, shop around, and comeback if I want to purchase it. There was no questions, I bought it that same day. The drawings were sent to me for approval and I was able to talk with him on the phone to ask questions about the design and make any changes if I wanted to. The ring was finished even earlier than he originally said, and it is absolutely beautiful. The ring is everything i wanted and more and my fiancé couldn’t be happier. I have since gone back to Ricky for other Jewelry and will continue to use him in the future. 10/10.”

I needed an install/downsize after my cat ripped my titanium post out of my eyebrow. My temporary replacement was far too long, mystery metal, and really, really irritating my piercing. He squeezed me right in and got me set up with a new piece real quick. VERY clean, VERY professional, very honest. Autoclaved the jewelry right in front of me. Talkative and kind. There’s always a risk of rejection with eyebrows, but I’m happy he was willing to work with me to try and save it. Wish I could remember his name! Affordable pricing before jewelry for one of the only APP shops on the Island. My eyebrow looks and feels better already. So relieved and will be coming back soon for some new holes. Thank you!

My first special piece was a diamond drop pendant for my daughter’s 30th birthday. I had a diamond and found a picture of what I thought she would like- they designed it better than the picture. She has not taken it off in 10 years.
My latest that I wanted designed was a diamond and blue sapphire ring and pendant. Again I brought in my ideas and after a few tweaks and some amazing ideas I have 2 absolutely stunning pieces that I couldn’t be happier with. I have never owned anything this beautiful.

We asked to check the settings of the stones, which they said were find and didn't need work. Very honest and under promised and over-delivered. Enthusiastically recommend this jewler.”

I didnt have the money by my deadline, they didnt hassle me or charge me ridiculous fees. They kept my jewlery safe until I bought it back.
