“I truly appreciate the assistance I received from Tanzeel during my Fios service issue. Even after my service was cancelled and customer support was unable to help me, he stepped in and provided the clarity and support I couldn’t get anywhere else. Tanzeel went above and beyond by taking the time to write a detailed letter explaining the situation, something customer service refused to do. His professionalism, clarity, and willingness to help made a frustrating experience much easier to navigate. I’m genuinely grateful for his support.”

“My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Lou and Dominique on two separate occasions. They are both friendly, professional and above that, patient. Our issue was unique and they went above and beyond to help us. I give this store and representatives Lou and Dominique a high recommend and 10 stars.”
