“Rushed to the Post Office after work to get there before they closed. Literally made it by 2 minutes. I had to file paperwork to open a PO Box. I was greeted by Ar-Nay who took the extra time to help me even though it was after 5pm. She was so kind and helpful. She didn’t rush me at all. Because of her I was able to cross something off my to-do list without having to come back another day. Thanks, Ar-Nay!”

“Every time I go in there they workers are having a party, swinging from the lamps, dancing, blaring the music, drinking cocktails. I think I smell weed sometimes too. I usually hang out for a couple of songs and then leave buzzed, I usually forget to mail my letters LOL. Did anyone ever play that game with with the postage scale they are always playing? SO FUN!”
“This is the best post office in my area. Any time I use this post office to send a pkg or letter it gets sent out very quickly and tracks immediately. The people who work there are very polite and helpful. I will not use any other post office for my mail needs.”

So I called up The P.O. main headquarters.They said my local P.O. will get back to me in 2-3 days. THEN, 30 minutes later I got a call. It was Rocky Point Post Office, The Supervisor, Tracy? She got my details about the package and said, "We will track it down, don't worry. I will call you tomorrow." I said ok. Then tomorrow Came. I answered the call, it was Post Office Supervisor Tracy. She said your package should be at your door. I went to the Front door AND Low and BEHOLD aaaahhhh the Package was right at my Front Door.?? I was So HAPPY! It was like magic. “This is my favorite post office. The staff at the front desk is always very friendly, efficient and willing to assist. And also their closing hours are a little bit more late than most of the other posts offices, they close at 5:30pm, what makes it more convenient.”

“I went in to mail 3 Christmas packages in boxes I had at home. Joann there in Ridge, couldn't have been nicer! She told me why I shouldn't use the boxes I had and gave me others to use. She was very caring, did not rush me through, and made a huge impact on my day. I told everybody I spoke to that day how she made a difference in my day. “I don’t think it’s fair that no one has ever taken the time to review the counter service at our local Post Office. I am there on a regular basis, as I run on online yarn business. I am always met with polite, professional, service! Even during the stressful holiday period. We live in a time when everyone is quick to complain. I want the Post Master to know that I never see sending my packages as a chore, and that’s because of the staff working there. Kudos??!”

The employees are fast and always very polite and unlike the Farmingville Post office the employees in Selden handle my packages carefully. Whenever I ship thru Farmingville at least 2 out of every 5 arrives damaged.”
