“I walked into the store (Smith Haven Mall) and was greeted by a person who said hello and welcomed me. Two seconds lady a woman came over to help me . (amazing now a days)I explained that I needed a jacket for a trip to Ireland. She then called another associate over because she was more knowledgable about raincoats. Her name was Stephanie and not only did she "know her raincoats" she listened to my needs and had some immediate choices. She had just been there herself and it was lovely speaking with her. She helped me pick the perfect jacket! The cashiers were even very friendly. I now also have an LLBEAN credit card. It is so rare now a days to get such personal service. You have a great store with some wonderful associates, especially Stephanie.”

Any lacrosse parent knows how much money goes into this game… so having people who make sure you’re getting the right gear at the right time, and not wasting it on stuff you don’t need, is everything. TJ and the staff are awesome, and when it comes to stringing pockets he’s wizard status. Couldn’t recommend this place more… pretty sure we’ve logged more hours here than some tournaments ?”

Recently purchased my son a new stick and they asked him a ton of questions to make sure they they string it to fit his needs. Staff is always friendly and super helpful. Prices are on par with any other pro shop.”

“Needed a new rod and reel, something lightweight for the weakfish my buddies have been catching. I went to this shop for the first time on Saturday and asked the guy behind the counter for some help picking a rod out. He was great! He showed me a nice selection of rods in different prices, and explained to me the benefits of each one. When we got to the reels, Bill showed me a few different ones at different prices and again showed off each one. I had no idea you had to fish this way for weakfish, no wonder I’ve been having such a hard time! Just wanted to say thanks to Bill for getting me set up with the right gear, including lures and bait. He even told me a few spots to try! Came home that night with dinner for the family. Love this shop and I’m a new forever customer.”
