“Really appreciate how hard the employees work to help. Will has always been a straight shooter with me and I appreciate that. Im on a strict budget being im now retired. I stop in to see if there was a way to lower my bill. I assumed there wasnt a lot that can be done however I was wrong. After discussing it over with him he was able to give me a few differnt options. I went with the easiest which was adding my own insurance to the account. I dont have a computer so Will was able to walk me through it right there in his office. Really appreciate him taking the time to not only look into it but to help me add it.”
