“I have made my purchase about a year ago and wanted to wait before sharing the full experience.To start with, the store was very clean, well lit and had a comfortable feeling much like entering the showroom of a car dealership. I was approached by a salesperson fairly quickly and he immediately began with his questions of what I thought I wanted. I was escorted around the showroom and was allowed to sample many different types of mattresses and base options.I never felt pressured into a specific option or like in most cases a higher commissioned item. I was not rushed and the salesperson was very patient. He explained the differences in options, functions and price differences.At the end of the day, I made my selection and purchase and have been very happy so far. All except the price. These beds are definitely the Cadillac of beds so expect to pay more. Much more. I am still making payments however their finance was great and no interest for 5 years which, if I make the minimum payments, it will take that long. Hard to get a great nights sleep until that bill is paid off.”

“Five stars alone does not justify the wonderful experience we had at your store. Maritza is kind, helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to help us with all questions when we arrived at the store. We did a bit of research prior to visiting the store (for months!) and more or less knew what we wanted. She gave us great detail on all specs inside and out. She walked us through the depth, sizes of the couch and cushions, maintenance, dog-friendly options etc. and printed out a map with measurements that was very helpful when we came home. Additionally, Maritza pointed out the Heroes discount which I was eligible for! I’ve never experienced such excellent customer service and assistance especially with a large furniture purchase. We held off buying a couch for awhile since we always feel so pressured when going to a showroom. This was not the case at Lovesac. I truly believe your product sells itself, however, your staff goes above and beyond! We felt truly valued as customers. I called back today to finalize my purchase as Maritza put in the quote for me last night so we could easily access what we went over in the showroom. Once again, she was so kind and helpful with the process and explained everything in great detail. Maritza is a true gem of an employee and we hope that she is recognized for her outstanding knowledge and kind, courteous and professional demeanor. We can’t wait for our Lovesac sactional to arrive!”

They even give u an option to add more items to your order or add a starbies coffee for you. You tell them when your there through the app and the space your in .they put the groceries right in your vehicle and your off.”
