“Great service. When I placed my order they were out of the sized socks. Received a phone call asking if another size would work. They reassured that with my foot size being "between size" they will fit. The fit was perfect. I was also missing an item and when reported, it was mailed out the next day and was mailed with 4day service.I appreciate service like this.”

The manager was friendly and knowledgeable about the right mouthguard for my daughter with braces. Definitely a nice change to shop at a speciality shop and not get lost in the hunting section.”
“I had a great experience at this location today with Candace the manager. I was on lunch break looking to quickly return damaged Nike slides that I got from the outlets so that I could buy better ones online somewhere. The outlet location also rang up the wrong box of shoes.
Candace quickly retrieved new slides in their correct box and I was able to do an even exchange all under 8 minutes. I did not expect to leave with anything and I did. She saved me so much time and energy! She also informed me that she would reach out to the other store to make them aware so it doesn't happen to someone else.

“I recently visited the Foot Locker at Smithhaven Mall in NY to pick up a couple of pairs of Air Force 1 Pandas, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They were knowledgeable about their products and guided me straight to what I was looking for.The store was well-organized, making it easy to browse through their extensive selection. Despite it being a busy day, I didn't feel rushed or ignored. The staff ensured I got the right size and even offered insights into how to best care for the sneakers to keep them looking fresh.Checkout was a breeze, and the overall atmosphere in the store was very positive. “I have used Schwabs Second Wind as my go to place for sneakers for the last several years. I am especially difficult to fit given that I have extra wide flat feet, supination, wear custom orthotics and have had 3 major foot surgeries in the last 3 1/2 years.
The team at Schwabs is knowledgeable, patient, informative and professional. They never let you leave until you have footwear that fits well and is appropriate for the conditions unique to each customer. They have custom ordered sneakers for me that upon arrival were not conducive to my needs or interests and never flinch if I ask to try a different product.
My last 3 experiences, Claire has been the person working most closely with me. She is a superstar! After two visits, trying on MULTIPLE style sneakers in various sizes, she and her teammate got me fitted into a pair of Ghost Max 3. They fit amazingly well out of the box and are comfortable even with my custom orthotics inserted.
