“I stopped into Ray New York on a whim this past Saturday, to peek at the displayed pottery. As I turned to leave, the owner, Michael, called out to me. We chatted for a little while about the painting in progress in the gallery--he does his work right there--and he sent me home with a print! I'm no artist, but I like what I see. Michael's nautical themes and gradations of blue put my mind at ease. I hope you'll get a chance to stop in to Ray--I think you will find something that strikes your fancy!!”
“White Flower Farmhouse is a very nice home decor store. For it's children section alone, I would give 5 stars (the finger puppets and stuffed animals were too cute). Otherwise the main store had some very nice items but it's very cream and natural wood, fiber, etc. I do like these types of decoration and decor, but sometimes you just need a pop of color which they could have demonstrated. Will definitely consider a finger puppet or two next time.”

“I have used Greenport Art & Design for custom frame jobs many times over the past few years. My favorite thing about their business is going to pick up my newly framed artwork. The space itself is a gallery, and you can wander among the beautiful pieces for as long as your schedule allows. Walter, the owner, will leave you to your wanderings or entertain you with his conversation, as you like. And the framing is always top notch.”

The young man was so courteous and knowledgeable, and spent quite awhile with me and answered my questions. The store would have gotten 5 stars but prices are higher than what I'm used to, but again the whole area is a tourist trap. If you're not counting pennies this is the place to go to.”
