Marika's Eclectic Boutique on Shelter Island is a huge, impossible‑to‑miss store that offers unique, beautiful furniture, endless lamps, chairs, beds, and one of a kind pieces. The shop features Mid‑Century, vintage chairs, couches, lamps, and beds that are all unique and great. Visitors from the East End, Hamptons, and beyond come to browse and shop. The shop supports repurposing, letting people buy ready‑to‑go items or refurbish themselves, or have a piece refinished. A must‑stop for anyone visiting the island.
We have found several pieces of furniture at Marika's which have added some real character to our home. More importantly, almost every time we visit our kids find an old teddy bear that Marika or Carl gift them - a small, but incredibly kind gesture which means the world to a 5 year old.
