The shop acctually got rid of the guy who was going thru my stuff and I bring my vehicles there to get fixed ..Romeo is the only guy I trust there and he acctuallu tries to help out , even if there is something he thinks I can do myself he will tell me to try to do it to save money ..”
“Wow I really don't know how to say that Bret was beyond caring, helpful and compassionate. My car was in an accident and was towed to Southahore Auto Works. The next morning i went to see the car and to baseline what to do next. I was in foreign territory until Bret helped explain the process of what the next step was to be. I was able to have a better understanding of things when I was talking to the insurance company. Although it was intimidating it was helpful and reassuring that Bret proved to be knowledgeable and was spot on. When it was time to remove my property Bret passed no judgement on my hot mess condition. I did have some follow-up questions afterwards and he did not mind my calls. I can say through out this time I had witnessed how busy their business was and how his customers were all reporting what he has done for them and how satisfied they were with their work When I finalize my new cars paperwork he is already the business where it will be inspected and cared for for a very long time. Dont second guess this business. You will be greatful you found a good crew and as his customers reported an extremely knowledgeable mechanic.”

He went out of his way to find tires for my truck and I couldn't be happier. A great set of tires for a great price. The mechanics are real friendly and great at what they do.

Despite the fact that it was late, the guy did not turn me away. The mechanic fixed the leak immediately after checking it. The second time was when I needed a NYS inspection, which took less than 25 minutes. The third time I rebalance my tires was when I felt slight vibrations. Rather than making me wait, they took care of my car right away.I am so glad that I discovered this shop in Shirley, NY because they offer great customer service and care.
