“We recently bought a new Ford Bronco for our daughter at Riverhead Ford, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear that this dealership genuinely operates with a customer-first focus. I specifically want to call out Ed for his outstanding service. He was patient, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make a real connection with us rather than just pushing for a quick sale. He listened to exactly what we needed and made the entire process completely stress-free. Thanks to Ed and the rest of the team, we drove off the lot feeling confident that we got a very fair deal and were incredibly well supported from start to finish. If you are looking for an honest, straightforward car-buying experience with a dealership that actually cares, I highly recommend heading to Riverhead Ford and asking for Ed!”
