“I’ve only ever taken my 2018 Pilot to this dealership for service and it’s been 7 years. At 86,000 miles I got transmission problem alert - this was on Saturday night. Sunday I made a service appt online for Monday at 10:30am. Dropped off the car Sunday night and left my key in their drop box. Monday at 9am I had a phone call that they diagnosed the car and by 1pm the work was done and I have my car back. They also will apply 15% coupons (max of $150 off) if my bill ends up high, just ask”

More recently, Riverhead Hyundai resolved an issue with my car's lithium battery and user authentication system. They were able to effect repairs under warranty and provided a loaner during the repair. Much appreciated.

“totaled my car trying to drive through a puddle that was too deep. Sapp showed up within 15 min to tow me out in the pouring rain and having to literally get in the water to hook my car up. He then went out of his way to help me with my insurance claim and to make sure my insurance took care of what was needed promptly. “I brought my 2001 Lexus GS300 in for repairs with my own parts, I am happy that they all fit and I did my research correctly. And I am happy that he even took it in and did it. He also went ahead and found the oil leak that was coming from the valve cover and the front where the timing belt was and did it also. And I might at he did a very professional and amazing job and will be coming back with further work if needed for my car and also my fiances.”

“Drove up with no appointment and Scott was immediately there to help me. He guided me in, looked over the vehicle. I saw him sign the new oil filter, never saw that but I like it. He was asking what I needed and didn’t push or oversell products and only recommended what was needing attention. The inside is pretty clean, especially for what they do. The tools and equipment look well maintained and organized.
Made sure my car was good to go as my family was starting a road trip. Definitely my new go to oil change spot!
