Capital One Bank is a financial institution that has faced some challenges in recent times, including legal issues. However, the bank's tellers and employees are generally described as helpful and friendly. While the bank may not be as comprehensive as it once was, with the loss of financial advisors, it is still considered a decent option by many customers who have been using the bank for years and trust it over other financial institutions. The bank has also had to temporarily close some branches due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but customers can still access ATMs at open locations and select Target stores. Overall, Capital One Bank seems to provide a reasonably reliable banking experience, despite some recent setbacks.
Aside from recent 3rd party that caused diverse serious issues even lawsuits,the Tellers and employees are very helpful and nice. Sadly this bank is nowhere where it was not long ago. For example,no more financial advisors. Overall it's still a decent bank, but switched for my reasons.

Using this Bank for years, I don’t trust any other Bank I’m not gonna go into all the reasons why but I’ll just say if you don’t use Capital One Bank , there’s something seriously wrong with you
