“Went to Fidelis Automotive in Lake Ronkonkoma on Portion Rd today because my 17 old son got a flat tire. They looked at the tire and told me that they can reseal it to save my son from having to buy a new tire. They were very helpful and checked all of his tires for me. I was in and out in 15 minutes and it only cost me $17.00 plus we gave the guy a little tip. Amazing place. The two guys there were so nice.”

Even with a room full of people you took the time to help answer all my questions and treated each customer with the same respect. My only complaint would be ( not for me ) that there should be more people there to assist. Dawn was perfectly capable of handling the packed room by herself but should she have to? The people in the waiting room that day were very patient and understanding but I'm sure that's not always the case and is unfair to the one person trying to help that many people. With all that being said, I would use Budget again. It was worth the wait.”
