“Prices as marked definitely not a dollar as some dollar stores, that have the same things fir a dollar. Charged for forca recycled bag from.another store...since I had none...not sure how legit that is...But they are friendly enough.”
“I purchased an item online and the order was totally screwed up, from the shipping address to the actual content in the box. I called & was told to go to a store & have the manager call their customer service #. I went into this store (Montauk Highway, Shirley, NY) & explained the situation to Coleen, the manager on duty. She called CS, got my refund squared away. BUT on top of that, she searched the SKU of the item that I originally ordered & found it in the stockroom. She was as excited about that as I was! So I was able to get what I wanted AND saved on shipping! SO A BIG SHOUT OUT TO COLEEN AT THE MONTAUK HIGHWAY. SHIRLEY STORE!! YOU ROCK!!!!”

He always has a smile and greets customers with kindness, patience and consideration. he has helped me with multiple questions, returns and has helped me look for items on the floor I had trouble looking for.
