“Honestly I wish I could give this store 10 stars out of 5! I had been having issues with the "call" function on my phone. Previously I had spent 2 hours in online chat with Cricket Customer Service; after their attempts didn't work, the online folks told me to visit a Cricket store in person. The first Cricket store I went to was not helpful so I came here, and it was like night & day! Tanya was incredibly kind and helpful. She listened to what was going wrong. She tested some functions herself, swapping SIM cards in different phones. She called Cricket's deeper tech support system herself on the store phone, and worked with me and the tech guy to test and troubleshoot further. This took more than an hour and she never lost patience. They eventually figured out it was a bug in the phone itself (some Samsungs just seem to lack a key update capability), and this allowed me to send the phone back while it was still eligible for return. I am so grateful for their help - and their kindness. Thank you!!!”

“I have lived by this 7-eleven basically my entire life & the staff is always exceptional, however I had an experience with a man who worked there named Devin that touched my heart. He paid for my boyfriend and I to get snacks for our movie & I insisted I’d pay him back and he said he wouldn’t take it. Now, I know they don’t make much there, he basically worked an hour to buy us snacks & he really saved the day. I didn’t know how else to leave this review short of walking in & asking for the manager so I figured I’d just put it here. I almost cried because it’s so easy to forget there are actually good people in this world.”
“I came in to switch from AT&T with my parents. After 5 hours on the phone with customer service and extremely poor service from the Patchouge location, I was very defeated. Surprisingly this location got the job done and we switched in less than an hour. James is the best! Very attentive and knowledgeable. My elderly parents had a lot of questions and he helped us very patiently. Give this man a raise!”

When asking her if she had a certain protein, which is premier protein, the cashier was willing and offered to see if the company is willing to buy that type of protein. She was very helpful.”
“Easily the best place to go for any kind of repairs you need for a pc!I have a fairly high end gaming pc that I decided to start to experiment with and overclock (I have minimal experience with pc’s I just play video games?) turns out along the road I ended up messing up my mother board and my processor. The problem wasn’t obvious so they tested a bunch of things out and ultimately found it was the processor and the cpu. I was very nervous and anxious so I was calling every day for an update on my repair?but they never had a problem letting me know the progress they made and how things were going which I appreciated. The guys at battlegrounds in Shirley are trustworthy much so that I go there from central islip as I don’t trust anyone else so I recommend them every day of the week 110%!!!”
