“First off we all know how hard it is to find a business you can trust to do the right thing and have integrity so please listen to this stellar review especially since PC’s cost a lot and they are very important to us as Gamers, Programmers, Video Editors etc. I’ve lived all across the country and as we know there are more bad PC repair places compared to the amount of good working honest accountable ones. Battle Grounds is the best PC repair and knowledge shop on the entire island hands down, no one else compares. I’ve been working with them for 3 years with just under $10,000 between PC’s and Laptops. They make good on their word and make sure to educate you and actually do what’s in your best interest instead of other shops just taking your money and getting the most out of you. I literally call 6 months ahead and have full on discussions with them about future upgrades and builds and they always take the time to do to confirm what my options are down to the smallest detail and even come up with ideas with me and they always do it with the respect of my budget while trying to get me the best outcome. Every PC and laptop has run better/stronger that I bring to them at an actual fair price, they do not price gouge period. They shoot you straight and give you all the options with your wants in mind. Here’s proof of a PC they’ve been working on for 3 years and also will be doing over $1200 of upgrades later this year. Please support real businesses like Battle Grounds as we all know the landscape is slim/far and few of integrity built businesses that actually hold themselves accountable to their work and do what’s in the clients best interest.”

“Honestly I wish I could give this store 10 stars out of 5! I had been having issues with the "call" function on my phone. Previously I had spent 2 hours in online chat with Cricket Customer Service; after their attempts didn't work, the online folks told me to visit a Cricket store in person. The first Cricket store I went to was not helpful so I came here, and it was like night & day! Tanya was incredibly kind and helpful. She listened to what was going wrong. She tested some functions herself, swapping SIM cards in different phones. She called Cricket's deeper tech support system herself on the store phone, and worked with me and the tech guy to test and troubleshoot further. This took more than an hour and she never lost patience. They eventually figured out it was a bug in the phone itself (some Samsungs just seem to lack a key update capability), and this allowed me to send the phone back while it was still eligible for return. I am so grateful for their help - and their kindness. Thank you!!!”
