“Have nothing but amazing experience everytime I go. I use the middle island location. Lionel and the rest of the workers were super helpful and helped me in an emergency situation. I needed two front tires and I have children, of course this landed on a holiday weekend. They even made phone calls to another location to help me find the right size due to them not having it in stock. Great experience great workers and my car was also finished prior to my scheduled appointment time because I showed up early. Would recommend to anyone! I had one of the worst days and accidentally put coolant into my oil, and I was honestly so stressed and worried. I called Jiffy Lube only 5 minutes before they were supposed to close, and they still took the time to help me. They didn’t make me feel embarrassed or judged at all. Instead, they were incredibly kind, patient, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole process.
The way they treated me when I was already having such a horrible day meant more to me than they probably realize. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and their kindness truly turned my whole week around.
