I had one of the worst days and accidentally put coolant into my oil, and I was honestly so stressed and worried. I called Jiffy Lube only 5 minutes before they were supposed to close, and they still took the time to help me. They didn’t make me feel embarrassed or judged at all. Instead, they were incredibly kind, patient, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole process.
The way they treated me when I was already having such a horrible day meant more to me than they probably realize. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and their kindness truly turned my whole week around.
I’m so grateful for every employee who helped me. Thank you all so much for your patience, kindness, and willingness to help even when you were about to close. You guys really made a difference for me, and I appreciate you more than you know. ❤

“Got a flat tire the night before and called the team the next morning to check if they had the tire I needed available. Although it had to be ordered and was expected to have the car ready by the next morning, they were able to get the tire earlier during the day and have the car ready the same day instead! “Wow I really don't know how to say that Bret was beyond caring, helpful and compassionate. My car was in an accident and was towed to Southahore Auto Works. The next morning i went to see the car and to baseline what to do next. I was in foreign territory until Bret helped explain the process of what the next step was to be. I was able to have a better understanding of things when I was talking to the insurance company. Although it was intimidating it was helpful and reassuring that Bret proved to be knowledgeable and was spot on. When it was time to remove my property Bret passed no judgement on my hot mess condition. I did have some follow-up questions afterwards and he did not mind my calls. I can say through out this time I had witnessed how busy their business was and how his customers were all reporting what he has done for them and how satisfied they were with their work When I finalize my new cars paperwork he is already the business where it will be inspected and cared for for a very long time. Dont second guess this business. You will be greatful you found a good crew and as his customers reported an extremely knowledgeable mechanic.”
“I've had a couple of bad breaks over the last year and I didn't have much money. I needed tires on my truck and went to JC and spoke to Chris. He was super nice and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to find tires for my truck and I couldn't be happier. A great set of tires for a great price. The mechanics are real friendly and great at what they do.

“Since I started working in Shirley, I have been coming to AE auto service for more than three years. My first flat tire happened at 6 p.m. in the evening. Despite the fact that it was late, the guy did not turn me away. The mechanic fixed the leak immediately after checking it. The second time was when I needed a NYS inspection, which took less than 25 minutes. The third time I rebalance my tires was when I felt slight vibrations. Rather than making me wait, they took care of my car right away.I am so glad that I discovered this shop in Shirley, NY because they offer great customer service and care.
