“The cashier Tony is the Best ! Very Polite and Helpful. Didn't have a quarter but 24 cents. He said, it was company policy to give a quarter for the cart for customers. I tried to return the quarter but was refused. So, I paid it forward to another customer. I cannot stand shopping in Queens especially with price qauging, rudeness and dirty. Once a month run to Long Island Mastic, I have no issues.Its clean and well stocked with fresh fruit and vegetables
It's really nice to see Tony and the others still there. I can only hope Aldi's appreciate their employees because I do.

“The stores are always stocked well and neatly. The employees are very helpful. A little high priced..but they have the freshest chicken..varieties of products that are hard to find. I always go to King Kullen when Im looking for that difficult product.”

“I've wanted to review this deli for a while so here I go. I work close by and often get a hero for lunch or a breakfast sandwich when I'm hungry in the morning. Both have been spot on since I've been coming here which is many years now.The deli isn't in the greatest spot and doesn't really look like much. It's packed with food and drinks all over the place. Definitely giving you an "I'm not sure about this place" vibe at first. But I can assure you that the heroes and breakfast sandwiches are well made.Mary or Karen behind the counter are the best in the business! I love Karen but she definitely has less patients for the nonsense, so don't mess around! Mary is a sweetheart and once she has your sandwich down, she will make it flawlessly every time.If you're in the area and in the mood for a big old tasty sandwich, this is the spot! In the summer, hit them up on your way to Smiths Point. You wont regret it.”

“Overall, I really like the large variety of brand and food options and the seamingly fresh produce. Prices are competitive. My only issue I encountered for the first time, that I am aware of, my last shopping trip. I made a purchase in January 20, 2026 and when I went to use a couple of the products, they were expired prior to the date of my purchase. One date was use by January 3, 2026 and the other was best by December 12, 2025, again, I made the purchase on January 20, 2026. I don’t believe markets should be selling items past the dates on the packing even if there is a grace period. When I went into the store, I found several more of the same products on the shelves expired. I did inform customer service who was extremely apologetic and refunded me the amount of the products without hesitation. They were so helpful and expressed how sorry they were. I appreciate that from a customer service perspective.

I would continue to shop there for those rare items, but will do my major shopping elsewhere. I find it a bit time consuming to check every product for the dates on the packaging.
