“Went to this location (as opposed to Middletown) to file a child’s passport application. The experience was seamless, efficient, and pleasant. Brittany was very knowledgeable and processed the paperwork quickly. She even recommended and took a new picture of my child since the one I had done at Walgreens did not meet regulation. It is rare to encounter someone who knows their job and is happy to do it. 10/10, highly recommend!”

“It’s been a year since I’ve been in this new UPS store on 211 and it’s totally changed around. They now have two people helping with two different registers which is nice and there’s also a self scanner where you can scan and get your own ticket to put on your package and send out, which is nice and everything seems to move a lot quicker than it did last year last year. That would be a line out the door this year. Everything moves very quickly.”

“This is in response to Miss. Nancy who unfortunately is a miserable serial bad reviewer. I was in the store and all my needs were met beyond my expectations. Iris and her team made sure that they communicated the problem they were having and made my experience with them easy. Even offering me other options to assist me with my needs. If you going to leave a review you should at least be truthful. You should be ashamed of your behavior Nancy and giving these people a hard time. Iris even had to apologize on your behave for making other customers uncomfortable , including myself. Do better but let’s not blame the people who are working hard to try and fulfill your needs.”

They were able to locate the missing package and personally delivered it to my house by 5:15. I was impressed with the kindness of the staff member and commitment to making sure we received the package in a timely manner.”
