“I just bought a new phone from the Verizon store and I wanted to compliment the young man who helped me. His name is AIDEN. He was very helpful and found the best phone for my needs. He helped me get the best plan. He ordered a new phone for me and when he saw that it hadn't come in, he checked and saw they sent it to the wrong store. He drove there to pick it up on his way into work! He spent all the time I needed to explain things. He was so pleasant that I will only deal with this location in the future. I also saw him interacting with other customers and he was kind and patient to everyone. Aiden is definitely an asset to your company. He's a great representative of Verizon. “Ruth was amazing and super helpful with a purchase of three new phones and the transfer of information from the old ones. She was incredibly calm and accommodating when other patrons at the store were pestering her for help. She was able to multitask and assisted everyone who needed something. We were there for several hours while information was transferring but left before one was completed. We had my elderly mother with us and she couldn't sit any longer. Ruth gave us her home phone number in case we had any problems when we got home. All credit to her for getting us through this tedious task.”
