They're loving and caring with our fur Baby. Whether is for a quick shots follow up or surgery, Buttcheek loves the team (yes, our dog's name is Buttcheek).They're great to the pets and to us humans! So accommodating! My schedule is difficult, but they would even get to me on the phone for follow up, making sure Buttcheek is doing good. Love them!! ❤️”

I have had a handful of vets over the years in Westchester and none of them come close to the amazing Dr. Klainbard and his superstar team. Dr. Klainbard is incredibly thoughtful, compassionate, patient and knowledgeable. He is an exceptionally nimble and resourceful thinker, always finding creative solutions and avenues of exploration to define and resolve very nuanced issues related to my complicated pug. All the Vet Techs are so kind and knowledgeable as well, and everyone at the front desk echoes the same vibe. Lisa and Evan are always super accommodating and sweet, unflappable in the roles. It’s hard to add to the existing 251 5-star Google reviews across the board, but why not make it 252. Family Veterinary Care of Ossining is the best - they literally treat you like family.”

“Over the years I have searched for the perfect Veterinary practice. My search is over. I am so happy to have found County Animal Hospital. Dr. Robert Weiner and all of the staff are wonderful. My 2 dogs Hercules and Cleopatra love going for a visit. Hercules is a healthy dog but my Cleopatra had some issues a few years back and I rushed her to see Dr. Weiner. He was able to diagnose her intuitively at first and then the lab results confirmed exactly what he diagnosed as Kushings and Diabetes. Dr. Weiner litterally saved Cleopatra's life. Now, several years later her Kushings and Diabetes is well managed because of Dr. Weiner's incredible diagnostic skills and his caring manner. I highly recommend County Animal Hospital. In this age of veterinary practices being taken over by big corporates, it's so nice to still have doctors like Dr. Lovisa who takes the time to personally connect with her patients and genuinely care about the animals.Multiple times she offered treatment, and recommended specialized diet based on newest research which resulted in significant improvement in my dogs' quality of life.During an emergency, I was able to reach her and ask for advice. She was the only one I trusted with my dogs and as always, she came through for us. Even afterwards, she took the time to write me few emails and even a personal note after the passing of one of my dogs. I went in today for a follow-up with one of my kitties who had to be rushed to the emergency vet over the weekend. (He's okay, no worries!) I felt terrible because the clinic is always so busy, but Dr. Janice not only listened to my kitty's unfun weekend story, looked at his records from the emergency vet, but also asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. I was worried something would be wrong still, but Dr. Janice checked him over thoroughly and happily reported he's much improved and will be fine—even writing down specific instructions for me in his medicine adjustments and other necessary supplements.
