He was courteous and responsive to our needs. Andrew stayed late on the project yesterday and today trying to get us back up and running quickly. He even sourced a new board for the copier as he understood we had been without printing capabilities for several days. Andrew originally thought it would be a couple of days at the earliest to receive the new board.Lastly, he identified the issue regarding the scanner and that with a new board we would need to work with our IT vendor to fix the issue.
