“This place gets crazy, unlike most of the thruway stops this gas stations lanes are parallel with the highway and not angled. I know that sounds silly but with a boat and trailer this make a huge difference in blocking passing traffic or another gas pump trying to fill up. It gets busy fast with the layout. The stations is also the last stop on the way back onto the highway so there is always traffic. Traditionally there is always a handwritten sign on one of the pumps that credit card at the pump isn't working and you will need to go in the small station to pay. You will also find, or we have, that most of the chip readers on the pumps do not work and you'll end up having to go inside to pay anyway. There is a McDonalds plaza with other foods and ice creams as well. Gas prices are normally the same as across the highway at Sloatsburg”
“This place has the best mechanics in Rockland. My family started using them 22 years ago and never stopped. The owners are honest and trustworthy. They are experts in car maintenance and maintenance. My family and I only trust them with our cars.

“My engine was misfiring. Brought it in and the staff was very friendly and responsive. They diagnosed the problem and provided a very detailed proposal with the diagnosis, what they did to confirm that was the problem, and what it would take to repair. They did the repairs promptly and communication was great. I would definitely use them again.”

“I have finally discovered the best Dunkin' in the entire Universe. The staff's caring persona and superb communication have always made me feel like I am their only client. They have always gone above and beyond in reaching out to me for anything I have needed during sporadic stops on the weekends. Their great attention to detailed cleanliness has always made sure that my small cup of hot black coffee can, hopefully, keep me energized all day long. I wish I can give Sloatsburg Travel Plaza's Dunkin' seven stars. Nevertheless, Google permits me to only give a maximum rating of five stars.”
