“The store is always a little messy. It's also laid out a little strange. While they do have multiple types of t-shirts in multiple colors for example, they have all the different styles spread out all over the store instead of in a particular section, which makes in hard to find. It's the same with pants. The lay out is just strange. But prices for basic items are always great so you can't beat it.”

“While the store is impeccably clean and well maintained, Judy (I believe her name is), the checkout representative is almost always left alone with such a long line. This is not fair to customers, but to her, your own staff member, more importantly. While I was at the store two associates or managers were on the floor, and made eye contact but never greeted me or asked if I needed assistance, while the line continued to grow and they did not step in to relieve Judy on a Saturday afternoon. This has also happened while I shopped during the week as well. During checkout line peaks, other staff members or leadership should automatically come to Judy’s relief when they can clearly see she could use assistance.”

“GREATEST selection of clothes I've seen in a long time. I LOVE their Rockstar Super Skinny jeans, their coats, sweaters, etc.
I usually buy online from them, but nothing's better than going to shop in person.
The cashiers are so nice. I had an issue with a return from online, I bought the wrong jean brand, and found the Rockstar jeans online for a great price, she helped me do it on my cell. Mine was purchased via gift card and balance on my debit. She helped me enter everything correctly in my checkout on my cell after the refund.
Their phone customer service is outstanding! When I called to discuss what to do because of my wrong purchase, she heard in my voice I was frustrated. She gave me an additional discount promo code to enter at checkout.

“I am always at my local Children's Place for my son’s clothing and even uniform attire for school the workers always help me and even order what I need online that is not in the store. I love going in there because it is a pleasant environment and they even have the cute character T-shirts for the kids.
