I sent him a message, he replied with the reasonable final cost and estimated day the cable would arrive. I let him do the job and glad I did. He kept me informed when the cable would arrive and called me that night, job finished ready to pick up. An honest businessman who does good work quickly when it’s possible. If not I’m sure he will tell you the truth about what can and.can’t be done. What more can you ask?”

Out of multiple stores that I have been to (Jericho, Huntington, Syosset, Plainview, Garden City, and Massapequa) Rob at the Hauppauge store was the only one able to properly assist me.
