Smithtown Car Service Inc. provides great service and quality repairs. The staff is very kind, accommodating, super friendly, and personable. They are very concerned with customer issues. Work is done in a timely manner, with customers often in and out in less than 15 to 20 minutes. Pricing is great and on the money. The business is a professional service center committed to customer satisfaction. They handle NYS inspections, including for motorcycles, trailers, and diesel vehicles. Other services include diagnostics and repair, oil changes, alignment, flat tire repair, and professional window tint installation and removal. They are also an install and service center for Smart start, Lifesafer, and Intoxalock breathalyzer devices. Many customers recommend them again and again, considering them a highly recommended, stand-up operation.
I come here all the time & they always go above & beyond. The women behind the desk & the mechanics are always friendly & informative. They don’t rip you off & do anything they can to help. I absolutely recommend if you’re looking.
