My mailman dropped off our mail including a form 3849( Missed delivery of certified letter) He didn't get out of his delivery truck, knock on door nor ring our bell. All was caught on the Ring cameras.

They lost my package, the manager said she will call me back, I wait long time she never call me back, very irresponsible, I even don’t want gave one star
