If there was an actual 0, I do that. I’m still trying to find a certified return receipt letter. It was going from Kings Park to Smithtown & showed day & time delivered. Well this was 5 weeks ago & the receiver never got it & I never got that green return receipt. I’ve been to the post office multiple times & told they’ll look into it & the first supervisor took my # to call me back. So where is this letter, in the deep abyss? I really need to talk to someone. I’m afraid to mail anything anymore!

The lobby is supposed to be accessible 24/7. However, the doors have been locked after hours with no communication provided to those who have a P.O. box at this location. I haven’t been able to retrieve my mail for several days. This is unacceptable.

Missing regular delivery numerous times. Rep said the postman is an older gentleman…, well I get it but I’m expecting important mail ( ei paycheck replies from other serious senders) !!! I’m not happy at all , send a fill in.

Miserable service, unlike UPS packages the postal service workers will not lift a finger to seal a label to your package and insist on charging your for the 12 inches of tape.

Had an appointment for my passport. Got there at 9am for 9:15. One person ahead of me and one in the office with the guy. An hour later, I had to reschedule. What a huge inconvenience this is. The worker may be here all day but that doesn’t mean we should be. 2 more families came in after me. Good luck to “scheduling an appointment here”

I had a delivery/tracking issue. USPS employee Ms. B. Kelly of this post office was quite helpful, empathetic, and went above and beyond to assist me.

Just got hung upon by the woman on the phone. The worst service ever!!!
