“I ordered 2 number plates and 2 letter plates to sew on the back of my jerseys. These items need to be custom sewn, which takes a considerably longer time to ship than regular products because of the time needed to make them. I had an event scheduled very close to the time of ordering, and I needed to make sure they would arrive on time, so I called the Officials Wearhouse customer service phone number. I spoke with Josh Peterson, and he jumped into action to try and get my concern taken care of. He reached out to the seamstress, likely asked her to expedite, and they got it done and shipped out to me (with free upgraded shipping) within 12 hours of me placing my phone call. I can't say I've had a much better experience after calling a customer service phone number, because I haven't. It's one thing to have good products for sale, but its another thing to go above and beyond to assist customers, and that's what I experienced. “What a great experience! This marina has the nicest staff around. Rented a pontoon boat last year and it was perfect! Staff explained everything well, boat was in great shape and the family loved it. We are putting are name in again for a couple of rentals this year and the staff was excellent once again. We talked to Christy and Melissa and they where great. They have more boats for rental this year. The pics I see posted here must have been when it flooded back in 2019. It’s beautiful now and no high water. I believe they also run the restaurant down the bay Pier 53 and the staff their is awesome and the food amazing also.
