My wife and I recently sold a camper to someone from out of town and needed the funds verified from the buyers bank. Due to the buyer getting to our house late my wife got to Solvay Bank Baldwinsville late with the check we needed to have verified. Felicia not only stayed late to make sure we were taken care of but was transferred to 9 different departments before getting a competent person at the buyers bank to finally verify the funds. I apologize that we put you in that situation but extremely grateful for your perseverance and making sure we weren't out a large sum of money. Felicia you are awesome!!!! Much appreciated!!”

“The BEST bank out there! I brought in $319 in rolled dimes and $536 in rolled quarters l, which were gladly accepted. I work hard for a living, abd I accumulate a lot of change, which I roll. When I get the chance, I deposit the change here. No questions are issues from cashier's at all. They're fast and efficient here. I get my deposit receipt l, put it into my wallet for my wife, and leave. No problem at all. Try that with Key Bank.
The entire staff here seems to be absolutely wonderful. The employees seem happy with their jobs as observed by the smiles on their faces. They are fast. Never much waiting. Not even at the drive through. And the tellers are always smiling, more than always happy to help you. And they'll even take your rolled change.
Inside, it's clean, immaculately clean and sanitized, which is very important to people like me that don't appreciate germs. Hand sanitizer is always available at the counter, even their pens work when writing a deposit slip. Yes, this is where you should go to do your banking, if you haven't already done so.”
“Well I had what I thought was a real $100 so I went in looking completely ridiculous in my work clothes with my coffee. I went up to a very nice man named Christopher and I was informed they have machines not markers to check for counterfeits. Embarrassingly enough as I went to hand it to him I noticed plain as day that it said Play Money. I’m sure I looked super sus shoving it back in my pocket and dismissing it but he didn’t make me feel like he was suspicious of me and didn’t make me feel embarrassed if anything he just reassured me that he could help me if I found I needed it. So that’s very nice customer service though I wasn’t a customer and my brain was definitely not working”
