“My husband and I have our non-mail order Rx sent here and have not had an issue with medications being filled. When one medication was out of stock they called and suggested a different way for the doc to write the dosing so it could be filled (two 5mg tabs instead of one 10mg). It worked and meant we got our meds the same day. I would love to give 5-stars, but the line to collect a Rx is seventh-ring-of-hell experience. I am on immune suppressants, and even though I mask in line, I am constantly surrounded by sick people coughing and hacking, waiting for their Rx. Not blaming the sick people, this is where sick people need to go! My issue is with the chronic understaffing. They will have one person on register at peak hours. The line can be 15-20 people long. I shouldn't have to risk getting sick, waiting in line for 30 minutes for my medication. I've tried going early morning, midday, just before closing, weekdays and weekends, and the line is always terrible.”

Once you get the hang of self check-out and learn the location of everything (the big signs everywhere certainly make it even easier) one cannot help appreciating how quick, easy and comfortable shopping is a the local CVS. Plus when you need help, the people are so friendly and are very happy to assist.”
