“Everyone knows when they have to have a repair done on a vehicle it is no fun . Who has time in there busy lives to drop off a car , make all the calls , get a rental , and then pick it all up ? Not in New York ! I have to say in a grim situation caliber collision was amazing . The staff greet you immediately and get to work professionally and timely . They communicate with you every step of the way ( and not in an annoying way) , they send texts and call when necessary.They also set you up in a rental and have all your questions answered immediately. The rental company was also friendly and professional. Not only did they do an excellent repair with great professionalism and communication , the woman whom works the front desk Meagan was kind , professional and went out of her way to meet my needs . Richie paid attention to everything I told him, thoroughly went through my aging bmw, found the issue- even uncovered a little surprise- communicated with me clearly throughout. I was uneasy about it at first bc I have a trusted specialist, but they are far away from me and cost and timing for dropoff and pickup were too cumbersome.
