“We were in Long Beach, NY for a family function and this is one of our go to place for breakfast when in this area. Upon entering on a Sunday morning, there was a line, but we only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. This is your classic New York diner, and the food is as expected. The food is very down home, our omelets were cooked a little more than we prefer, but the food was good, loved the bagels and service was very good. This place brings back nostalgia and we plan on going back the next time we're in NY.”

“I must start my review with this info: I am a native New Yorker Baby Boomer who was born in Brooklyn and moved to Queens. I was introduced to bagels back in the 70's by my grandmother forward praying them home from her Manhattan job all the way to Freeport Long Island where they lived. We would be waiting up past midnight for my grandmother to walk in the house with bagels, lox, whitefish and cream cheese!! We'd have a feast that ended around 1:00 a.m. in the morning! With that said, this bagel place to see right back to those times. These are the real deal. Made the old school way. But you wouldn't know this if you were not someone familiar with a true NY bagel. The variety of bagels are amazing and the customer service is awesome. Long story short, if you are in Queens and looking for a real deal bagel whether- it's with butter or made as a sandwich this is the spot to go to... And they're open 24 hours a day 7 days a week!!”

“This review is to commend the matchless professionalism that Customer Service Supervisor Jacqueline Morrison had demonstrated when she had resolved a difficult problem regarding a safety deposit box on 1/20/24 that had involved Ridgewood Savings Bank branch located on 74-25 Grand Avenue in Elmhurst New York. Despite the initial difficulties in resolving this problem due to a miscommunication by me, she, however, remained calm and eventually researched further on whom had rented this said box. Once she had ascertained that I and my brother, George, had rented this box, she then permitted me to open this box so I could remove the contents and therefore finally close out this box. After I had turned in the safety deposit key to her and Ms. Morrison had given me a receipt pertaining to my brother's lost key, Ms. Morrison ended a four-year long legal problem involving my mother's estate. It is because of this legal closure that I can finally rest regarding my mother's estate and get on with the rest of my life... Once again, I thank Customer Service Supervisor Jacqueline Morrison for the service she had rendered unto me, and I would recommend her to anyone needing banking services pertaining to Ridgewood Savings Bank. --Ronald G. If you need Chinese speaking teller, I am not sure if this is a good branch. The only cons is that there they don't provide parking. Recommended if you don't want to spend 1 hour on line on the Mainstreet branches during an pandemic.”

“I absolutely love this branch because of all the wonderful people who work there. I have an elderly mother and recently she did not want to come in to the branch due to her health and several people. I went in for her and they needed proof from her personally to protect her account. The manager came outside herself to my car to ensure my mother was comfortable with her banking transaction. I could not believe the level of concern she showed for my mother. The tellers are so welcoming and amazing in this branch. I know it sometimes gets busy but I think they are all worth the wait.”

“A bunch of reviews are not kind to Bank of America Atm on Steinway in astoria but the reviews are kinda old and personally does not reflect now as The Atm machines are new and quick to use and no homeless wackos making the limited atm space Home for the night. Its clean. Brightly lite and atms are quick and easy to use , and thats basically what you want when you need some quick bread, just remember if you are using a non bank of America card the fees and surcharges may apply depending on bank card .”

“7 Eleven 1683 First Avenue Be honest, if you see a sign that says cookies 2 for a $1.00 you're gonna stop and go inside! That's exactly what I did this one day when I was walking by this 7 Eleven. It's very typical for their locations. It felt new and clean. I had no unpleasant customer service experience. They were very busy. There was more than one employee which was good. I'm sure I will return.....”

“We stopped here recently on our Rockaway adventure!My buddy and I were picking uo dinner for the gang, but he needed some cash first. He went inside, and used the ATM. Came out lickety-split!The staff inside is always very nice! And they keep the place clean. Since it is on an island, almost everyone knows each other there and people pick up their trash and don't stuck gum everywhere.Just like all banks, their hours are too short lol! Nut the 24 hour ATM is great! And since not too many people live on the island, there is never a line or anything like that. All in all, it is a nice Citibank. It's located inside the small shopping center so good luck with parking! There is not enough spots. Bit that is Rockaway Bwach in general, no parking anywhere lol!”

“This review is for the atm, there's 2 machines at one of the entrances and there are a few more inside the actual bank. It is located right by the 7 Train vernon blvd train stations (jackson ave side) so it is convenient to be able to grab cash and hop on the train! I did notice there was usually a line inside for people who wanted to go to the tellers.”
