“I went into the New Hyde Park store and was politely greeted by a gentleman named Mark. I described what I needed and he guided me to a number of selections that would fit my needs.
He was very patient and really knew his products. I could tell I was working with someone who had many years of experience and knowledge. I didn't make a purchase at that moment as I wanted to get a second opinion from my partner, who has a much keener eye.
We went back this past Saturday and again Mark was incredibly helpful. I finalized the deal with Reese, who was also vert helpful.
I just wanted to let you know what an asset Mark is to your business. He's not super dynamic with a cape but knows his craft.”

“the people at this place are great. i am a very small contractor and do not spend a lot of money with them but they really step out to help and the other day i had to call and ask about a product they do not carry and instead of ending the call, the owner got on the computer and gave me the names and locations of two of his competitors who stock the product. old fashioned customer service; treat every inquiry like it is a million dollar sale.”

“My Son and I participated in a building class for children this weekend at the ozone park location. It was our first time and he had so much fun, we had so much fun. I would have given the experience 5 stars, but it lacked a few things. I would have loved if they had snacks for the children and maybe chairs for the parents to sit. Other then that the staff was great and helpful the whole time. We will be back next month. (Classes the first Saturday of every month, at participating locations, and it's FREE !! ).”
