“This place really is a 1 in a million find. They're a very well run shop: everyone is kind, informative, and accommodating. They fixed my Mazda3's front bumper after a hit-and-run incident. They explained every step of the process, and treated me as if I was their most important customer. My car looks as good as the day I bought it after it was finished! They even went way above and beyond, by cleaning, polishing, waxing my entire car after the job was finished. But it didn't end there. Even my interior, and engine bay was scrubbed clean. “In the fall of 2019 I bought a used 2010 Camry from a car dealer in Queens with only a 30 day warranty. I took it to Bryan's auto. He told me it was in good shape but joked always to get a used car checked out before buying it. I mostly had minor repairs that were fixed the day of when dropped off in the morning.In October of 2022 my car broke down in the middle of Pennsylvania. The mechanic there told me the engine was shot and offered my $500 for it. I called Bryan and he strongly suggested I get it towed back. I did, and although it was a major repair it was not as bad as the guy in Pennsylvania told me.I'm writing this to thank Bryan's Auto for their time. The car is now with my sister in Illinois, and their mechanic told them it was in great shape.”
