From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to help bring my vision to life and ensure I got exactly what I wanted for my wedding. She was incredibly attentive, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process.

Unfortunately, communication from the owners was lacking, and Ophelia was the one who consistently kept me informed and answered my questions every step of the way. She truly made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother.

The only disappointment I had was with a custom veil I ordered. Measurements were taken, and I specifically requested a certain length, but the veil arrived much longer than what I had asked for. When I brought this up, I was charged for alterations to correct what I believe was an error on the original order. That was frustrating, especially given the investment made.

That said, Ophelia's exceptional customer service and dedication deserve recognition. She was the highlight of my experience, and I am very grateful for all of her help in making my bridal vision come together.”
