there is an assistant manager who works at the rite aid store on liberty and 122 avenue his name is joel he is evil. i had a few items the woman that works there has her man or family or someone she knew had one item behind i was in the line for more than thirty minutes she wants to cash him out first, when i asked why her man started cursing me and coming to hit me threw a basket at me and the the assistant manager joel states that it is commonsense and policy that who has one item has to be cashed first mind you there is no express line. he said if twenty people have one item has to be cashed before one with 5 items because that i the policy. no matter the one with five items is in front of the 20 persons. i want to know if rite aid has that policy why not have an express line. that joel and the woman that works there are dogs.

Dear Rite Aid team members, I absolutely love your store but I just had an awful experience today. I went to your store around midnight to get a few drinks after a l long day. I was not greeted by the security guard so I reached out and said "Hello" yet no response. I headed towards the back and I was debating which drink to purchase. The guard stood literally two feet away and started giving me a look. This person made me so uncomfortable that it was ridiculous. I understand this person was doing his/ her job but I would appreciate if people in general do their job right without being over the top ridiculous. Also, I was forced to press the yes button at the check out. I am a gold member since 2010. I have had no such experience before.
