This Chase branch is noted for its excellent and top customer service, with knowledgeable, helpful, grateful, and friendly employees who are prompt and attentive. Customers report being made to feel like royalty, with good waiting space and service that includes water and juice. While it is a local branch with expected wait times, common services are better handled via the ATM, website, or app. The staff is impeccably dressed and works to keep customers informed. The branch maintains normal business hours, closing at 5 PM.
