This place is a bunch of THIEVES . Never seen a pharmacy staff go all out to treat you like crap and steal your money. I was sent in to pick up a prescription refill from my doc. Got there. Gave the name and they gave me my prescription in a sealed small white paper bag. Got home.. ooened the bag and it was the WRONG MEDICINE. Went back right away and told the pharmacy guy about the error they made .. LONG STORY SHORT... instead of admitting their mistake and giving me the right prescription? They said they WONT REPLACE AND EXCHANGE IT SINCE I LEFT THEIR PHARMACY. BELIEVE THIS S**** you mess up! You give the customer the wrong prescription.. and instead of fixing their mistake and apologizing? They made me pay for a new refill. These are a bunch of crooks and they should be shut down. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.. rather walk 10 blocks and go to Walgreens on 122.. Please stay away from this place !!

Fantastic Group of staff they treat you very well on the phone! Depending on your prescription shipping it is very quick being in the Tri-State Area! Thank you Masterpharm

Worst pharmacy, don't return calls, puts you on hold for 30-40 minutes and can never find your prescriptions. Do yourself a favor and find other pharmacy

If there is negative score I will give it to them. The organization is totally messed up and mismanaged. My doctor sent over prescriptions again and again to them and even confirmed by phone call that they received it. After weeks there is no update what's going on. I called them multiple times, they just told me there is no prescription, and they can't find my info in their system. After multiple tries, I finally able to talk to one of their managers, he was able to get some information and promised me to find the prescriptions and mail me the cost. However, two weeks later, no updates. I called, a customer agent told me again she can't find anything. Again!! They are so mismanagement.
