My MetroPCS Internet service on my cellphone is cut off. This outlet told me that everyone is having the problem, and then my service would be back. That was 5 hours ago.

I bought a hotspot box from them less than 4 months it's not working am pay $50 every month for Internet I went in they replaced it again within 4 months the same thing happened it's not taking the charge the guy said bring it in if not I will have to buy another one ok for some reason he was fine letting me pay for one if I wanted but from the instinct I said I will like you to replace it because it's noty fault he claimed they don't have any more left in the store they always lie in that store for religious Hindus from India they are liers an telling me my first hotspot box was a different one when it was the same identical one I still has the old one to show what a bunch of liers in there the owner needs to step in

I was here because my phone wasn't working properly a month ago. The employee at the store was very pleasant and helpful. He fixed my phone for free and did not charge me any money unlike other stores. It was an absolute delight. I went back yesterday and added a line on my account and got the best deal from these guys. The most reasonable prices among all the stores. I would highly recommend this store. Great job Rishi!

I went here recently to upgrade my phone, let me tell you, thid was the best Metro by Tmobile experience ever!!! The employee was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. The customer service was great and very friendly. I would highly recommend this location. Good job. Keep it up!

Ill make a long story short because this business does not deserve a long review. I went in today to get my new phone activated and the manager who was a heavy set Spanish guy dealt with me in the most horrible manner. He was loud, rude and just nonchalant about my questions. Their systems were down no problem, in life it's not what you say it's how you say it. Also let's be clear the store was empty prior to the systems going down a friend advised me to go right away as she just left and NO ONE was there . His customer service skills were below par, and I would never advise anyone to do business at this corporate metro PCS office. Follow my advice and go to the corporate office on 116th and Lexington that's where I went today and got the most superb help, and the people on Lexington avenue are just genuinely kind. That's it and that's all of my ranting lol

First of all these 2 workers right now at this store need to stay home if they don't want to work. They have attitude problems cant even help customers properly. Metropcs will be loosing many valuable customers if the still kept these 2 lazy workers who's not doing what was meant to be done.

Not great customer serviceThe staff are too vague when asked questions, they don’t provide the customer with a full detailed prices of a product, they seem to lie about prices overall these people seem like they are scamming you instead of doing trustworthy business i think the customer should feel like it’s a safe transaction with full transparency I believe these things I mentioned should be improved as soon as possible

Service on December 19 to replace a drain pump. $360. Service on January 31 to replace the replacement drain pump because "sometimes these things just break. Nothing we can do about it" $250. And it was only dropped to $250 because I complained. There's no way the pump should have died after 6 weeks. Even if I did laundry 24/7 - it's unacceptable. Only 30 days warranty on parts or labor. A quick amazon scan of the box showed it was a $24 part with a manufacturers warranty if 180 days. So, why only 30 days. Beyond unacceptable. Stay away.
