I seldom do over the counter transaction unless I need to withdraw a large amount of money. So today I went to this branch to my business, only a handful of clients inside and there are two bank associates in front. I'm next in line and this bank associate is just to engrossed fidgeting on his phone, took him a few minutes to realize I'm standing there or intentionally dismissing that I'm there . No warm greetings... no eye contact. Told him the amount I need to withdraw and blatantly told me that I don't have enough funds, without even checking the other funds in my other bank accts. Its as if I interrupted him in the middle of something and just wants to get rid of me asap. He's demeanor is unprofessional and has been checking his phone all the time while assisting me. I guess customer service is not the main priority of this branch.

2 days in a row and I can’t make a deposit and many other times I have had the same problem. This guys can’t be more incompetent

The most unorganized bank in the world goes to this bank it can take an average of up to 30 to 40 minutes per customer which is totally absurd and every time I come here their policy changes different rules every time.

I don't know how this bank business goes but to day I didn't see any customer service or security guard at the bank (maybe they went to lunch, lol) It was un organized line through teller and made me confused who was on the line because I don't want to cut in front of anybody so I had to keep asking and I think the bank should hire me to doing that for them, lol. Tellers were so so, not good not bad not giving a smile. In the service industry the service should be the most important right? Like I said I don't know if this bank is doing good or not but they might don't have enough money to train worker how to make customer feel welcome.
