I called just an hour before they were closing and asked if I had time to get a package to Rhode Island next day… I believe it was the manager who answered the phone, “yes” was his answer in his words and tone! He advised me to try to make it there before 5:30 and I did! I was warmly greeted by Paul who quickly assisted me in labeling my package with attention to detail in ensuring the address was correct and also taking the time to price out the fees for different delivery times. He was so pleasant and eager to assist. I highly recommend this location!”

“I shipped a gigantic piece of art which was packed and shipped by Jim at the UPS store in Ridgefield. Despite his incredible effort to package it safely, the package was damaged later on its journey. Jim's attention to the resolution of this damage was unmatched - I truly felt valued and he fought for my insurance claim to be given the proper attention it deserved. In the end, all was resolved properly, but I couldn't have done it without Jim going above and beyond on my behalf. “Located close to the Danbury Mall. Great for dropping off any Fedex packages. Friendly and helpful employees. Dropbox located in the front. No need to go inside if your package has a label and fits in the box. Open Monday through Saturday. Check opening and closing times.”
“Staples works out fine when I am traveling but not at home. Plus the prices for copying are very experience. Where I live in Zephyrhills, the Staples that was here. closed several years ago. The next closest one in Lakeland also closed several years ago. The next closest one is in Plant City, one half an hour to an hour to get there, not very convienent. This is why I only go into a Staples when I am traveling. I sure wise that Staples would open a new store in Zephyrhills, it sure would better.”
“Katonah postmaster was terrific, I had an issue trying to forward a business address as we moved. Online service was not helpful and she walked me through it and within 10 days or so the business mail started to get delivered, she was patient and so helpful!”

Robert helped me track my package down and reroute it to the correct address, which was not simple. He was so kind and helpful, called me back twice, and provided me with an updated tracking number.
