“Very friendly, helpful staff, and unlike in a big box store, they're always available and they offer to help before you even ask. They know where everything is and even take you to the item - they don't just tell you where it is. One fellow spent about 10 minutes looking through little drawers for the right size screw for my dresser drawer pull. Really above and beyond customer service. Thank you for continuing to do things the old fashioned way!”

“Rich is a rare honest business owner in town. Unlike neighboring stores, Orlowski appreciates all business regardless of who it is coming from. I hope this small piece of Love Lane remains unbothered by competing business owners ...”
