“It is really not surprising to be greeted with a smile as soon as you enter the Port Jervis Post Office. The staff are extremely happy, pleasant and knowledgeable . They always ensure that you have everything that you need and never rush you out to get to the next customer. I would like to “Thank” my Port Jervis Post Office and all of the representatives for remarkable service. The letter carriers are very energetic and delivers my mail on time daily, “on foot”. The community truly appreciate you all.

“With all the bad reviews dating back to several years ago, I thought it was time to update it.
I don’t know what went on all with each person who left these bad reviews and negative comments and I don’t want to deny their experience. HOWEVER… All I know is that this post office has wonderful workers who always smile and greet me when I come in and greet them with a smile. They deal with a LOT of packages and are the heart of this small community. I don’t know how people would get their mail and packages if they weren’t around. They are always willing to help and I have never seen them be rude with anyone. They are friendly and I for one am grateful for their work.

“I used to use the milford post office but they doubled their rates so I switched to the matamoras post office with the cheaper rate, I was hesitant only from reading Google reviews where everyone is complaining about this office and saying the workers are rude, I couldn't disagree more!! Everyone at this location has been nothing but beyond nice and helpful, like I'm kind of baffled by the other reviews because of my complete opposite experience, love this post office and the workers here everyone is so nice I'm glad I switched.”
“My daughter and I recently moved to the Country Club and Ifind everyone at the Post Office to be extremely friendly and very helpful. We order alot from Amazon and I have never had anyone complain about all our packages.Especially Crissy , she seems to be there quite a bit and never complains, is always friendly and very helpful :)”
“The nicest post office and post office workers I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with! My job means I’m shipping out up to 50 fifty prepaid label packages a week and in one particular horrible post office in New York I was always given fake excuses as to why they couldn’t simply scan my packages (takes 2 seconds) because they were lazy…here I always even get compliments on my selling work ethic haha.
