“Been buying pig food for the last two years and the last six months or so you can't seem to get it? Even though it shows eight in inventory for the last four months maybe longer. Don't know who does your inventory but you really should learn how to do it. Been buying the feed elsewhere. Was told many times that it was coming in but never shows up. Spend a lot of money on feed there the last two+ years you just lost a farmer who will be going elsewhere from now on. UPDATED: I was contacted by one of the owners and he corrected the problem, and all is good. Great customer service. Update 5 stars for Customer service”
“I had been told by many of my friends that going to Sara's Garden Center was such a memorable experience that I needed to check it out for myself. My friends were spot on. Everything was decorated beautifully for the holiday. She had great deals on a lot of decorations and I was able to check off a couple of gifts that I was in need of for my family. I didn't forget about my friends and I'm sure they will love the gift cards I got them for Sara's. I look forward to coming in the Spring to check out the beautiful gardens and I'm sure I'll be making more purchases.”
“I transferred my potted lillies to in ground. The deer discovered them, but that should keep them from taking over the pond, as my friends have warned me. The fish were using the pots to nest in, so that is a newbie fail on my part.”
“We have been buying our plants and flowers from them for several years now. the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful on selection. the plants are very well maintained and very healthy.”
“Amazing varieties of Poinsettias.
The train set up is lotsof fun but holiday activities and displays used to include much more and our family would meet there for a very enjoyable afternoon. We miss the other offerings”
“As a landscaper time is money. The people here are knowledgeable, kind, humble, and always treat me with respect. From contractors to homeowners, this place is my go-to. Good prices, good service and swift workers in bulk.”
“The oldest business in Chili, it used to have its own siding from the railroad and it was called Chili Station. They sell everything for farms and more. A homeowner in the area could get a multitude of dog foods, grass seed, bird feeders and bird seed. Food for a variety of other pets. Fence posts, coal, and they have a scale in front. It's a great place to step back into a building and after a couple trips the staff get to know you. They also deliver. A cool nod to the past is they still use paper to write out your receipt. The floors are old wooden planks and they just started with chick days again. Fabulous place.”
“Came here to check out their selection of window blinds and to see how they actually work. They had a nice set up with a few different models to try out. Found out they offer more colors on line than in the store. They are able to customs cut the blinds in store if needed. Good to know! The store has so many home items and a fair price. I was checking out their garden, hardware and carpet areas. Definitely a great place to shop when updating your home or yard. Staff was very friendly and greeted me more than one occasion. Located on west ridge road, parking lot was busy but it was a Saturday...”
“Awesome! I just purchased new toys. In addition, I was lucky to find some paper towels!!! Which I can’t believe as PT is still scarce. Now I look forward to chores. yeehaw!”
“They have what you need, usually when you need it. Recommend to reserve what you want if you can. Staffing is an issue at times, as they can be busy or are not present when needed.”
“My questions were answered and received the help I needed about my purchase prior to deciding on what I needed. The whole trip was pleasent and got all I went for in one trip with their help”

“I find their seed quality and their hybrids are excellent. Harris is one of the best seed companies in terms of quality. However in terms of cost, they are also one of the most expensive both in shipping and cost of seed.”
“Got two of my rats from here. Sadly they were both just awful in behavior and clearly not handled at all, but that's what you get from a store so my other babies are from breeders. Otherwise they carry a ton of toys and feed I buy regularly. Like other reviewers said, the pet care at this location needs to change. Prices are horrendously high and that means pets stay here for long in the small enclosures they give them. There are signs asking for pet toy donations... like Countrymax isn't a chain that could simply afford those. The cashiers never ask for my phone number on my orders, so I am a bit confused what the point was for me to sign up for the rewards.”
“Love this place. The staff is always helpful. The staff in the paint area are extremely helpful. They helped with the correct paint i needed and also supplies that I might need.”
“So much to do here for a great price! We've been to farms all over the Rochester area and the others with similar activities are always packed and much more expensive. Only thing I wish was different here is they should have their food vendors open for lunch.”
