“I would say at least 85% of the landscaping around my home has come from The Garden Factory, but honestly, I think of it as more of a partnership.
I know what I like and usually have a vision of what I want, but sometimes I need help figuring out how to make it all work. I know I can walk into The Garden Factory, ask questions, and get knowledgeable, honest advice. My front yard has come together to be everything I hoped it would be, and then some, and they have played a big part in that.
And don’t even get me started on the indoor plants. OMG. Walking through that section requires a level of restraint I do not always possess. I try. Sometimes I fail. And somehow another plant comes home with me. My office is overrun at this point and has spilled into the living -room. ;)
A special shout-out to Antonio, who helped me pick out a few things and was just an all-around super helpful guy. I also had an issue with my hydrangea tree, and the nursery manager (forgive me, I lost his card and can’t remember his name!) was incredibly helpful and genuinely happy to work with me to find a solution. The same goes for everyone I dealt with at the front desk. I never felt like I was being difficult or asking too many questions. They simply wanted to help.
Customer service: 10/10.
Plants: 10/10.
Knowledge and advice: 10/10.
Whether I’m working on the next part of my landscaping or trying very hard not to bring home another houseplant, The Garden Factory continues to be my go-to.

“Picked up some strawberry plants and I'm excited to see how they grow. Last summer I got 2 big pots of basil and had a wonderful abundance all summer. Ni picked up one today, and I'm excited because this one has 3 different varieties in it. Great prices and service. Knowledgeable staff.”

“I spend a lot of time at this store, some times I go there three times a day. Most of their Employees are very knowlegeable, helpful, and offer outstanding customer service.
I was there today an an employee named Ryan B very patiently helped me select a tree I wanted, walk me to the cashier and kindly help me put it in the car. Although, The paint Department has one employee who is not very helpful everyone else is. As a matter of fact, I've already complained to the store Manager about this particular employee. However, everyone else is very knowledgeable and helpful including Adam and Paul.
As a matter of fact, most of the employees offer outstanding customer service.”

I always get a little lost at first, because I am a Lowe's shopper by default. The last time I was in here, I got great assistance from an employee! He helped me find potting soil and even carried it to a cart for me. He was fantastic! I really appreciate the self check out in this store. Spacious and it is quick and easy to use. I am continualy amazed by the ability of Harris Seeds to offer quality drip irrigation products at prices comparable to or even below the competition. Coupled with shipping that rivals the largest online retailer in terms of pricing and speed, they are tough to beat. I had ordered flooring with vinyl tile and ranch trim. Because the trim wasn't in stock, the whole order was canceled. To get the tile delivered in time, I had to pay a $79 delivery fee.
After contacting Kaylee in customer service and explaining the situation, she refunded the $79 delivery fee.
This seems small, but after recent deaths in our family and needing to sell multiple houses to buy another house, we need every penny.
