This is the first gym I’ve been to where I can feel confident when I’m there. First of all the staff is absolutely amazing. They are all super helpful, motivating and supportive, while still pushing you enough to do better for yourself. They also help you get better results by teaching you how to correct your form, use equipment appropriately and being available to help at any point in the workout. The group workout options are perfect because you can get support from your peers and they help keep you motivated. It’s nice to go to a place where the staff knows you by name, and you can feel welcomed at any fitness level.

Outstanding gym and coaching! Programs are designed to constantly change the muscle groups and types of exercises so it's always something new and fun. Coaching is very knowledgeable and work with you to understand goals and help you exceed them. Would highly recommend to folks of any fitness level looking for a supportive environment to challenge themselves!

This is a great gym for anyone, at any age or fitness level. The owners are welcoming, as are the members. I found a lot of benefit in personal training sessions and would recommend the investment to anyone willing to try. The class times are great and convenient around your schedule. Will, Chris, and John are very knowledgeable and helpful, especially when it comes to adjusting a workout around any ailments.

Absolutely love this place and the team there. I always struggled with committing to a process and system and Chris at Dunamis has been amazing as well as the rest of the team. They push you to do amazing things, offer fantastic support and it’s so much fun. I look forward to going to a class each day. The workouts switch up so you don’t get bored but still see amazing results. The consultations for nutrition are also a huge help. Highly recommend

Will consulted with my for nutrition for 3+ months and by far the best experience I've had to raise the bar for my lifestyle and health. He matched my lifestyle and workout regiment and he did a phenomenal job of defining and planning what success can look like. Great place to work out. Trainers and owners go above and beyond to help you meet your goals. Small group setting makes it more personal. Members are friendly and encouraging! Morning and afternoon classes. Workout Programs are provided !!

I have only been going to Dunamis for about two months, and I think I have found a place that I will be for a very long time. The welcoming atmosphere, group classes, and top notch coaching are just a few of the reasons why I would recommend it to anyone, anywhere on your health journey. I've been able to lift weight I never thought I could lift, and I can't wait to see what goals I can reach!

I have only been going to Dunamis for about two months, but I know I won't be leaving for a long time. I think the best part is the groups of members that keeps you coming back class after class. My experience at Dunamis has been one of growth and exceeding expectations. I have learned that I can do more than I expected, and exceed that by a lot! I have learned that working out can be fun if done in different ways that are truly enjoyable! I’m not a runner by any means, but i LOVE to weight lift-who wouldve thought?! John and Will have been so supportive of my journey, being encouraging when need be but also giving me the push when needed as well. Every few weeks I surpass my previous PR’s. Any failures have been because of MY lack of committment certain weeks, but as they say, each day is new! I’d recommend Dunamis to anyone who seriously wants to change their fitness and wellness lifestyle. Come join us!
