“I’ve been using the services of Ernie and his crew for close to 20 years. I now live in North Rockland…. And STILL take my cars to this shop in Spring Valley. I have 100% trust in them and here’s why: I’ve gone to Mavis for tires or an alignment for various reasons. On several occasions Midas recommended all brakes be replaced immediately. I took it to Ernie who advised that I still had approximately 12,000 miles left on the brakes. Mavis also told me I needed tires at one point which Ernie was also able to refute. I had 7 more months on those tires. Trust is the key word here. I trust complete auto.”

The moment I showed him the car he diagnosed the issue and repaired it within 1 day. The issue is gone. The price was very fair($220 including parts and labor). He also got rid of my muffler leaks for a great price. I definitely recommend this place.”

“Amazing amazing service I had a problem with my car's pre collision sensor cause there was a crack in the bumper so I went to my dealer and this guy started telling me that there is a problem in the back of the car and it's gonna cost a few hundred dollars just to diagnose it and thousands of dollars to fix...............so I went to itzys he was extra nice and he just straightened out the front bumper and reset the cars computer and walla everything was fine ...........and best of all he didn't even charge me a cent I will definitely be back when I need something .............”

He made sure that I had a loaner, communicated all the phases for my car servicing and made sure that I was apprised of the status of my car. Only place I will go to take care of our automotive needs. Took care of the recall issue, replaced my tires, topped off fluids, conducted state inspection and installed front plate mounting. Car was cleaned and returned better than before I left it.”
